Gianna Homes - Gladys Place

Gianna Homes has been providing quality care and services to seniors in the west metro since 1999.  We have two residential care homes in Plymouth and Minnetonka as well as provide in home care for those who wish to remain in their own homes.

Gladys Place ressidential memory care home opened in 2014 near Medicine Lake in Plymouth.  Gladys Place is licensed as an Assisted Living with Dementia Care.

Our home is a contemporary style, three-story home surrounded by mature trees and located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Plymouth. The open floor plan of this home provides a gracious, warm environment for six residents with memory loss to live and our residents do just that, they come here to enjoy time with other residents and staff. Our staff are specially trained to work with individuals with memory loss. We have a high staff to resident ratio, full-time Registered Nurse and a life engagement program. Having a full-time RN in the home offers great oversight and supervision.

We serve residents with Alzheimer's Disease, Lewy Body Dementia, FTD and other dementias. We can accomodate up to a 2 person transfer, hoyer lift and hospice care available. Ask to speak to current or former families, our history and testimonials say it all.
