Patient Focus LLC assisted living Facility has a team of compassionate caregivers committed to providing individualized care  that meets the unique needs of each of our residents. We understand that illness and aging can be challenging. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible , a place like home by providing comfortable , safe nursing care and environment for our residents. 
 
Patient Focus is owned and operated by an RN with over 15 years of experience as a healthcare provider. This experience includes working in long-term care facilities as well as hospital settings, including Medical-Surgical, Trauma, Cardiac, Mental Health, Orthopedic, Neuro, and Medical ICU units.
 
Patient Focus is located in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and a bus stop, making it convenient for residents and their families. Patient Focus accepts residents who are 55+ and is fully handicap accessible.
