Gianna Homes- Gladys Place is licensed as an Assisted Living with Dementia Care.  We are a contemporary style, three-story home surrounded by mature trees and located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Plymouth. The open floor plan of this home provides a gracious, warm environment for six residents with memory loss to live.

We demonstrate a unique understanding of memory loss and the challenges it creates for our residents and their families.

We are dedicated to preserving the dignity of an individual while providing for his or her medical, social and spiritual needs.  We have a high staff to resident ratio, full-time Registered Nurse and a life engagement program.

We serve residents with Alzheimer's Disease, Lewy Body Dementia, FTD and other dementias.  We can accomodate up to a 2 person transfer, hoyer lift and hospice care available.
